The article focuses on identifying and analyzing effective methods for teaching geometry in basic education, highlighting the use of innovative pedagogical strategies and technological tools. A mixed methodology was applied with quantitative and qualitative approaches, including pre- and post-intervention tests to measure the impact of the strategies. The activities involved group dynamics, interactive software, and mobile applications that helped students understand geometric concepts such as figures, areas, and volumes. The results indicated significant improvements in the understanding of these concepts, where digital tools facilitated the visualization and manipulation of shapes, promoting more active and meaningful learning. Furthermore, the combination of traditional methods with digital technologies catered to different learning styles, raising motivation and encouraging collaboration among peers, which developed skills such as communication and teamwork. The implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT) proved to be very effective in teaching geometry, improving spatial understanding and facilitating interactive learning. In particular, the use of tools such as GeoGebra has been key to overcoming challenges in teaching, allowing a visual understanding of abstract concepts and promoting skills such as logical reasoning and autonomy. In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of integrating educational technologies and dynamic strategies in the teaching of geometry, evidencing their potential to motivate students and enrich their learning experience, which opens the door to future research in the field of mathematics education.
