Abstract

Machine learning has revolutionized various sectors, and education is no exception. In particular, it is transforming the way personalized education is implemented, making adaptive learning possible that responds to the specific needs of each student. Through algorithms that analyze student behavior, performance, and preferences, AI-powered educational platforms can adjust teaching content and pace in real time. This allows for a more efficient and targeted educational experience, as students progress at their own pace, focusing their efforts on areas that require more attention. The impact of machine learning is reflected in the ability to offer personalized recommendations, continuous progress monitoring, and generation of study plans that adapt to each student's abilities. These tools make it possible to detect patterns that are not visible to the naked eye for teachers, facilitating early intervention and appropriate support at critical moments in the learning process. In addition, this type of technology can improve student assessment, providing more detailed and accurate feedback. Overall, machine learning is moving education towards a more flexible and accessible model, where digital platforms allow each student to optimize their learning experience, fostering deeper and more meaningful academic development.
