Abstract

The implementation of a comprehensive management model at the "Coronel Luciano Coral Morillo" Public Educational Unit has identified three key areas to improve and optimize administrative management through the use of technologies that enhance educational services. A mixed methodological design has been applied, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative techniques, with a field design for data collection. This ensures that both parents and the community receive timely and quality attention, it is proposed to promote active teaching methodologies through periodic training for teachers, focusing on digital resources that facilitate the teaching-learning process. This includes encouraging active family participation in inclusive educational activities, which contributes to strengthening students' academic performance and positive behavior. These actions are designed to elevate the quality of the educational service offered by the institution. By integrating technology and innovative methodologies, it is expected not only to improve internal processes but also to create a more dynamic and collaborative educational environment that benefits all involved in the educational process.
