Principles of Neuropedagogy in improving the educational environment and its impact on educational quality, competency development, and discipline

The aim of this study is to analyze and understand the development of influence and discipline in education, as well as to analyze the principles of neuropedagogy and its impact on education. The evolution of influence in the classroom and the consequences of traditional discipline are illustrated from an analysis of neuroscience, such as neural resilience and the influence of emotions in education. The implementation of educational proposals based on neuropedagogy such as active and collaborative learning, the development of students' responsibility and independence, as well as the creation of a good educational environment including teacher-student relationships and social methods are discussed. Emotional support. To solve this problem, the descriptive research method is used together with theological and scientific methods. This study focuses on reviewing and analyzing modern educational and training literature on the above-mentioned topics. A comprehensive analysis of theories, methods and practices in management, discipline and neuroscience is conducted. This research will be conducted as a qualitative research that will allow examining the attitudes, views and beliefs of teachers and other experts in the field of education accordingly. Documentary methods are used to collect and analyze information from relevant academic sources and allow the identification of patterns, trends and theories present in the literature. The aim of the study is to contribute to the understanding of the principles of neuropedagogy that may have an impact on the improvement of the quality of education and the development of a good educational environment, as well as on competency and disciplinary changes in the educational field. In addition, it is intended to reveal the importance of teacher training and their awareness of these issues.
