Abstract

The present article deals with the importance of strategies to teach notions of symmetrical and translation using the body and movement, allowing students to learn in an experiential way by performing activities with their body, making mathematical concepts understandable and strengthening participation and even motivating them to develop new skills. On the part of the teachers, it is suggested to maintain constant training so that the strategies are given in an effective way and to be able to adapt them to each child to understand and know solve the problems that arise at the time of practice, this implies that there is more confidence between students and teachers providing support is how we would encourage mathematics classes to be more understandable and dynamic.
