The development of information and communication technologies has had a great impact on society, especially in the way it is taught and learned. Health is also mediated by digital transformation The objective: to analyze the challenges of the network society in Health Education. Case: Sabanilla Community. Material and methods: A systematic review of articles indexed in Latindex, Redalyc, PubMed, Scopus databases was carried out, the articles date from 2019 to date. Results: The implementation of digital transformation in the education sector is a challenge that requires certain key factors to be achieved. The digital transformation in health must include the digital determinants in health as new factors of inequality together with the classic social determinants. Health education (EpS) is a fundamental pillar for any country and current society. It is a process that seeks for the population to acquire a series of knowledge and skills that allow them to make decisions regarding their own health. In the Sabanilla compound, 92% of its inhabitants have a cell phone with a data connection. In the community there is no internet or band service that facilitates browsing the networks. The EpS in the community is carried out through proposals in response to different problems encountered during the development of undergraduate degree work in Nursing.
