Inteligencia artificial generativa como asistente pedagógico en la práctica docente: revisión sistemática de beneficios, riesgos y desafíos en Educación Secundaria

Resumen

En la actualidad la inteligencia artificial generativa (IAG) ha evidenciado una creciente implementación en diferentes procesos asociados a los sistemas educativos. En este contexto la presente investigación define como objetivo: realizar una sistematización de los beneficios, riesgos, desafíos y configuraciones tecnológicas relacionadas con el uso pedagógico de la inteligencia artificial generativa como asistente en educación secundaria. La presente investigación presenta el desarrollo de una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura. La revisión sigue la metodología de PRISMA 2020. Se realiza la búsqueda, selección y análisis de estudios científicos publicados en bases de datos internacionales. Los resultados evidenciaron que las tecnologías ofrecen oportunidades significativas para fortalecer la educación secundaria. Se constatan la capacidad de planificación docente, aprendizaje personalizado, generación de recursos educativos y una retroalimentación efectiva. Sin embargo, se identifican riesgos asociados a la precisión de la información generada, los sesgos, la privacidad de la información y la integridad académica mediante la dependencia tecnológica. La revisión demuestra que la IAG requiere en su integración efectiva del fortalecimiento de competencias docentes, la definición de políticas institucionales y desarrollo de un ecosistema tecnológico digitales y mecanismos de supervisión humana que soporte el proceso pedagógico. Se concluye que la IAG sobre la base de criterios educativos, éticos y organizacionales puede garantizar un uso responsable y sostenible como asistente pedagógico.
