The study on the financial viability and legal compliance of digital educational ventures in Ecuador showed that, following the promulgation of the Organic Law of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (LOEI) in 2020, the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country was significantly strengthened. This regulation established a favorable legal framework that encouraged the creation and formalization of new businesses, particularly in the digital educational field. Tools such as the National Entrepreneurship Registry (RNE) and the constitution of Simplified Share Companies (SAS) were promoted, which made it easier for entrepreneurs to comply with legal requirements in an agile and flexible manner. In the financial sphere, the law promoted access to alternative financing mechanisms, such as seed capital funds, venture capital and regulated crowdfunding platforms, allowing digital projects to obtain resources for their development. The inclusion of entrepreneurship and financial education content in secondary and higher education was encouraged, promoting the development of entrepreneurial skills from the early stages. This combination of educational, legal and financial policies allowed the emergence of innovative proposals in education, which took advantage of digital technologies to expand access to knowledge and improve the quality of the training process in Ecuador.
