Quality and verification of analytical methods of the renal and lipid profile in a Private Laboratory - Jipijapa 2024

Abstract

Quality control is one of the most important impacts in laboratory testing, ensuring both the precision and accuracy of patient sample results. This study aimed to evaluate the quality and verification of analytical methods of the renal and lipid profile in the private laboratory-Jipijapa. A cross-sectional, prospective observational research study focused on analyzing data from different variables was applied. To carry out this research, we worked with normal and pathological controls from the TruLab brand and renal and lipid profile reagents from the DiaSys brand. Where 25 measurements were obtained, including 5 replicates in 5 days for each level evaluated. The results obtained for the verification and precision of each of the tests were accepted according to the statistical analysis carried out, in which the assigned concentration is within the limits where each of the results of the normal and pathological control are within the range. from the manufacturer. It is concluded that it is important to apply this type of method in laboratories, in order to obtain precise and reliable results, ensuring the quality and reliability of clinical analyses.
