This paper addresses the difficulties and advances in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of HIV and AIDS in adolescents, highlighting the alarming persistence of new HIV infections among adolescents, which is attributed to obstacles such as the lack of comprehensive sexual education, the stigma attached to leads to disease, and lack of access to private health services. The unique effects that HIV/AIDS can have at this critical stage of development are discussed, as well as the biological and psychosocial peculiarities that make adolescents more susceptible to infection. Innovative strategies to increase HIV awareness and prevention, such as the use of digital technologies and social media, are also examined. emphasis is placed on the importance of holistic approaches that address both HIV transmission and the emotional and social needs of affected adolescents. In order to reduce infection rates, improve the quality of life of affected adolescents, and advance efforts to eradicate HIV/AIDS globally, it is urgent to address HIV/AIDS in adolescence through a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach. that integrates sexuality education, readily available medical care and psychosocial support.
