History of the magazine

PROciencias Scientific Journal is a peer-reviewed, biannual (January-June, July-December) publication in the field of education, published continuously since 2024. It publishes scientific articles and essays. These include novel articles, essays, reviews, and research progress reports, all of which are submitted to qualified reviewers. The opinions expressed in the articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect those of the Editorial Committee. PROciencias Scientific Journal's primary objective is to publish the results of research conducted at Higher Education Institutions nationally and internationally, contributing to scientific progress. It also welcomes submissions from researchers at other institutions outside of Peru.

In addition, the Journal publishes special editions based on public calls for papers or submissions of thematically related works.
