This research analyzed the implementation of a didactic strategy to personalize university learning through digital technologies. A qualitative approach with a descriptive-exploratory design was used, applying a structured questionnaire to students of the Education career of the Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. The results showed a positive perception towards the integration of digital technologies in the personalization of learning, a significant impact of active methodologies on student motivation, and a moderate acceptance of the use of LMS platforms and artificial intelligence in the educational process. The strategy designed was based on three pillars: use of digital technologies, active methodologies and personalized assessment, providing a systematic framework for the adaptation of the educational process to the individual needs of students. This research is linked to the Linking Project: Directed tasks and psycho-pedagogical support to strengthen student learning in the Public Basic Education of Jipijapa, Phase II 2024, and complements the Research Project: Improvement of Pedagogical Practices in the Educational Institutions of the Southern Zone of Manabí, contributing to the development of innovative educational practices that effectively respond to the demands of the digital era.
