Abstract

Orality is a linguistic skill, and more than that it is the tool par excellence of effective communication. In order to broaden orality, it has been associated with lexical awareness that finally allows the work to be articulated with some postulates of linguistics as a science and art of discourse. By virtue of this, a proposal has been made based on the communicative expansion through the acquisition and adequate handling of 23 qualifying adjectives necessary when describing some parts of the face and head such as eyes, nose, mouth and hair. The type of research was field since the strategies were applied in the 2nd Parallel Grade "A" of Basic General Education - Elementary Sublevel of the Dr. Trajano Naranjo Iturralde Educational Unit; The sample consisted of 31 students from the aforementioned institution. The study was framed in the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach due to data collection; By virtue of this, the results are evidenced, which in turn enable the analysis of real data obtained in the classroom context. Because this research used a pre-test and a post-test, it is determined that the research design was experimental of a pre-experimental type for the sake of its dependent variable and its independent variable.
