This review article examines the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) on the labor market and the problem of unemployment. The increasing use of AI in a variety of industries has changed the demand for skills and enabled the automation of repetitive tasks, according to a number of perspectives and studies examined in this article. It is debated whether structural unemployment, where human skills are replaced by technology, will increase significantly as a result of AI. It is argued that human-machine collaboration may be a more beneficial strategy than substitution as AI develops, underscoring the need for adaptive education and training to prepare workers for changes in the labor market. The article concludes by highlighting the importance of a balanced approach that takes into account both the advantages and the challenges that AI poses for employment, as well as the need for policies and strategies that allow societies to benefit from technology without falling behind those who could be affected. for job transformation.
