Abstract

Due to the significant value of the hybrid classroom model for human development, it has acquired increasing relevance in the education sector. This method offers a rich and versatile learning experience that is tailored to the unique needs of students by combining the best aspects of in-person and online learning. In the hybrid classroom, face-to-face interaction with peers and teachers promotes the growth of vital social and emotional skills such as effective communication, empathy, and collaboration. In addition, the inclusion of technology broadens and equitably distributes access to educational resources, fostering intellectual growth and modern technological skills. The flexibility of the hybrid classroom encourages students to take charge of their own education and develops their capacity for self-control and self-discipline. As a result, the hybrid classroom becomes an environment that supports academic and personal growth, preparing students to meet the challenges of a globalized and digital society and providing them with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.
