Implementation of improvement project for schools located in the city of Copiapó – III region of Atacama Chile

Abstract

The final master project will be implemented in the commune of Copiapó with the participation of students from municipal schools and lyceums, the aim is to reduce school dropout by establishing an alternative plan to the traditional school process of teaching that transiently attend To children and young people who for various reasons have not been able to adapt to the regular system of education. The challenge, implemented successfully for two years in the commune, currently discontinued, seeks by means of this research to methodologically consolidate an integral and transversal service whose focus should be school reintegration through strengthening different areas in the formation of a student, establishing new styles Of learning, focused methodologies, academic diagnostics, activities to strengthen personal development, leadership, self-esteem and teamwork, among others.
