Learning management of language and literature in the unified general baccalaureate

The objective of this article is to analyze the learning management of Language and Literature in the Unified General Baccalaureate. The article was based on a descriptive research, exploratory and descriptive modality, obtaining a more effective understanding. The quantitative data obtained provide us with a complete general and statistical vision of the learning management of Language and Literature that is developed from the teacher to the students. students. By collecting evidence through surveys, the results suggest the need to implement innovative pedagogical strategies that promote the development of communicative skills, critical thinking and creativity, it is recommended to strengthen the continuous training of teachers, update teaching materials and promote collaboration between teachers to improve the quality of teaching-learning of Language and Literature. The research allowed us to determine the following conclusions: The findings indicate that through optimal learning management in terms of Language and Literature, significant knowledge can be achieved, however, it is essential that teachers take into account that they must be updated in the form that manage learning to reach all those students who still have difficulties and in this way improve their skills.
