This study examines performance art as a fundamental tool for the holistic development of individuals through a qualitative case study conducted in an educational-community context. From an interpretive perspective, it analyzes how active participation in theatrical activities, body expression, and collective creation contributes to the development of participants' emotional, social, cognitive, and communicative dimensions. The research is based on pedagogical theories that promote holistic education, where art is not a complement, but a central axis in the construction of the individual. The case study reveals that performance art fosters self-exploration, improves self-esteem, strengthens empathy, teamwork, and listening skills, while stimulating creativity and emotional expression. Performance processes allow participants to redefine their experiences, generate a sense of belonging, and develop skills for coexistence. Through the body, voice, and symbolic narrative, active and reflective participation is enhanced, generating spaces for inclusion and social transformation. It is concluded that performing arts, beyond its aesthetic dimension, constitute a powerful tool for supporting comprehensive educational processes, especially in sensitive educational environments and in vulnerable communities.
