Abstract

This document addresses innovative pedagogies of knowledge, focusing on the widely accepted idea that educational systems must equip students with skills to face a constantly changing environment. Parallel to the development of human society and cognitive capacity throughout history, pedagogical knowledge has been constantly expanding. The development of pedagogical theories over time is evidenced by how they are based on a social development approach. It emphasizes how crucial it is to understand how cultural and social factors have a great impact on how pedagogical knowledge is developed.
